Your first cuddle therapy session: what you can ask for

You don’t need to arrive knowing your favorite cuddle position. A clear conversation is enough to begin.

Start with the small things

You can ask where you’ll sit, whether music will play, what to wear and how a pause will work. Knowing the details can help you feel more at ease.

Describe comfort, not a performance

“I’d like to sit beside you before trying a hug.” “I prefer silence.” “Please ask before changing positions.” These requests help Jax understand what you need.

Leave room to change your mind

You can agree to a position and discover that it’s uncomfortable. Say so. A session doesn’t require you to continue something just because you said yes earlier.

Close with a check-in

Take time to sit up and get settled. You can share what you’d like Jax to remember if you book again. There’s no obligation to book again.
